Services
Cambliss provides professional assistance for business registration, compliance and related services. Cambliss is not a government authority; registrations are granted by the relevant authority.
Timelines
Any timeline we communicate is an indicative target for eligible cases and is not a guaranteed approval time. Actual timing depends on documentation, name availability, authority processing and clarifications.
Fees
Package prices are service fees and are charged with applicable GST. Government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges and third-party costs are billed at actuals unless expressly included.
Scope
Each package lists its inclusions, exclusions and covered period. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and that you are authorised to share them.
Refunds
Refunds are assessed against work already performed and fees already paid to authorities on your behalf.
